Jesolo Hotel Mirafiori: rules

BOOKING FORMALITY: Please book your holiday by letter, fax, e-mail or telephone (with giving one personal tel. number). The reservation is intended confirmed with the sending of a MONEY ACCOUNT (see PAYMENTS FORMALITY).

LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS: credit cards are required at the time of the booking to secure the reservation. If not possible, please send a written confirmation with all your generalities. NO-SHOW: Should your plans change, please cancel your reservation so another guest may use the room that had been reserved for you. If you fail to arrive, the credit card will be debited the rate of one night.

CANCEL AND AMEND POLICY: in case of cancellations notified 20 days prior the arrival day, the deposit will not refunded. The account restituition can be replace with a different booking in another period. No refund is foreseen for delay on the arrival date agreed upon.

PAYMENT: by cash, eurocheques, travellerschecks. Acceptance of the major credit-cards (carta sì, mastercard, eurocard, visa), but payment by credit-card prevent any discounts.

SPECIAL RATES for groups, parties and dancings are at disposal on request.

ADVANCED DEPARTURE BEFORE THE DATE AGGRED UPON: in case of departure prior to the date previously confirmed, we have the right to charge you the following 3 nights with bed & breakfast (according to the Italian Law). In the event of force majeure, we can find together a good solution.

RATES RULES: our prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 nights, excepted during our "season D" and special festivities.

ROOMS’ AVAILABILITY:
The bedroom, the parking and the beach-place are available from the afternoon of the arrival day and until 10.00 a.m. of the departing day.
If you planned to arrive in the morning, you can have breakfast, park your car and wait for the room on the beach (in the hotel there are bathrooms and booths to change yourself).
We always make our best to give you the room requested, but cause the very changeable arrivals and departures, sometimes we cannot guarantee that the room and the floor are exactly the ones specified.
You are kindly requested to inform us timely if your arrival at the hotel will be late over 2 hours respect to the foreseen arrival time. If it is impossible for us to contact you, after 17.00 p.m., we inform you that the room is not more still booked.
The departure day, if you wish to stay more on the beach, we ask you to inform us in advance. We are pleased to reserve you a place on our private beach and parking lot with a little supplement.

SMALL PETS are very welcome, but please respect the politeness rules: they cannot enter in the restaurant and stay on the beach during the day. We please ask you to bring their “dog’s bed” and a blanket.

The Reception ask to respect the RESTAURANT TIMETABLE:
Breakfast from 08.00 to 09.30 a.m.
Lunch from 12.30 to 13.30 / 01.30 p.m.
Dinner from 19.30 to 20.30 / 07.30 to 08.30 p.m. : please wear long pants No admittance with swimsuit and without footwear in the restaurant.
Forbidden to take in personal drinks. Baby-seats at disposal.
In case of half-board, it is possible to turn lunch into dinner (or on the contrary), always with advanced guest’s communication (12 hours before the service).
Possibility to have a packet-lunch instead of a meal. Usually the treatment booked, should be the same for the whole stay.

In any case, we are available to find a solution, when some meals will be not taken, always with advanced guest’s communication (the evening before or the same morning). As for the families with small babies and children, we are extremely available to find the right agreement for the meals-timetable and special menus.

PROJECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT RESPECT AND THE CLEANNESS: we kindly ask you do not smoke in the rooms, and when possible, to avoid the daily towels’ changing, if it will be not necessary. Please help us to keep always with order and cleanness our Hotel, for the satisfaction and pleasure of all of you.

THE VACATIONS IS THE REST OF EVERYONE: please do not speak to laut and listen to the music after 23.00 p.m.
